About Us

At MTA Fitness – "Move That Ass", we are more than just a fitness apparel brand—we are a mission-driven, veteran-owned company dedicated to giving back to those who have served. Founded by a medically retired Coast Guard veteran and proud Texas Veteran, MTA Fitness was built on the values of service, resilience, and community.

For every shirt sold, $1.00 is donated back to the veteran community through Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) and VA CDCE (Center for Development and Civic Engagement) programs. This brand exists to raise awareness for the battles many veterans continue to fight long after their service ends—the ones we often don’t talk about.

MTA stands for "Move That Ass", a bold reminder to push forward no matter the obstacles. Our goal is not just to motivate through apparel, but to inspire action, promote mental health awareness, and, in the near future, offer online fitness coaching and support for veterans and others looking to reclaim their health and strength.
